What we’ll cover:
ACT - the corporate culture standard for the investment industry - reflects a willingness to be transparent about how decisions are made, how risks are managed, and how culture operates in practice. But translating that into press, marketing and client communications isn’t always straightforward - and getting the language wrong can unintentionally create reputational risk. We will discuss:
• What ACT Signatory status actually evidences - and what it doesn’t
• How to use ACT’s qualitative narrative safely in press, marketing and client communications
• Where firms unintentionally overclaim (and how to avoid it)
• Practical examples of language that builds trust rather than risk
