ACT on Culture: Using Corporate Culture Data to Identify Risk & Opportunity in Investment Research

ACT on Culture: Assessing Culture in Your Investment Research Process

This is an invite-only event open to members of the ACT Collective.

This session is an introduction to ACT – the Corporate Culture Standard to show how analysts can use consistent, decision-useful culture data alongside financial analysis to strengthen investment conviction and avoid risks we “should have seen coming”.

What we’ll cover:

  • Why corporate culture is a material investment and risk factor

  • What ACT is, how it works, and what it actually measures

  • How ACT data can be used in manager research and fund selection

  • A practical framework for interpreting ACT outputs and applying them at different stages of the research lifecycle

What you’ll leave with:

  • A clearer view of when and how to assess culture in your research process

  • A structured, repeatable approach to incorporating culture into investment analysis

  • Greater confidence in identifying both hidden risks and overlooked opportunities

Connect with peers
The session will close with informal networking, giving you the chance to exchange perspectives with other analysts and fund buyers who are actively thinking about how culture fits into modern investment research.
