Deb Clarke

During 40 plus years in Financial Services Deb has managed assets on behalf of clients, led large Global teams of asset managers, been a client consultant and undertaken forward due diligence on investment strategies across the globe.

Before retiring from full time work in 2021 Deb led Mercer’s Global investment Research, including Manager research. Strategic research and Responsible Investment research. Deb led a global team of over 125 people and believes that being authentic in the leadership role and developing a diverse group of people is critical to success.

Since retiring Deb has taken on a number of non-exec roles and a consultant role at JPES – a specialist consulting firm. Deb is a member of the Nomination Committee for CFA UK and an ambassador for City Hive’s ACT framework.
