This form is for firms that have completed their ACT Framework responses via the Door due diligence platform.
By initiating the licensing process for the ACT Standard of Corporate Culture, the above named firm is committed to be a public signatory of the standard, and to completing the ACT Framework.
The ACT Standard captures the essence of an Investment Management company’s ‘heart and soul’ and provides professional investors with a framework to understand, create and progress cultural change and be able to effectively communicate progress.
Investment companies are part of what shapes society, as they drive global change and action via their investment practices. A firm’s culture and values are central to understanding how it will deliver on its real-world commitments and create sustainable growth and tangible outcomes for clients.
The expectations of stakeholders, from clients and employees to wider society, is for investors to demonstrate evidence that value creation and stewardship of wealth is in responsible hands because they are a responsible business. ACT recognises the central role of firm culture in meeting these expectations and that this is an ongoing, iterative journey.
Use of ACT data
I understand that City Hive will access firm responses via Door to complete the verification process and that the firm should confirm it has granted the relevant access.
City Hive will not share any company-specific information with third parties unless it has been expressly authorised by the above-named firm. Data may be analysed as part of the ongoing monitoring and development of the ACT Framework and be reported in aggregate.
